Kent has been licensed since 1998 and has been part of the ups and occasional downs of the Austin real estate market. Early on, he recognized the investment potential of real estate. He has personally been involved in real estate investing since the beginning of his career, and now owns a multiple investment properties. Thus, he keeps a close eye on local real estate forecasts and trends.
He has helped many clients from California, Arizona and other states find ideal investment opportunities in Austin. He also finds perfect homes at the right price for many local clients.
His experience also extends to farm, ranch and rural properties because of his family ties to cattle ranching. His father operated one of the largest cattle auction businesses near Austin, throughout the 1970s. Kent has carried on the family tradition by continuing to run cattle on his family´s ranchlands.
Kent lives with his wife Lisa and daughter, Macy (age 10) in Lockhart where he was born and raised. As a weekend rancher, he currently runs about 100 head of cattle on 5,000 acres outside of Lockhart. He is a graduate of Sam Houston State University and the Austin Institute of Real Estate.
